Working Like Clockwork
During a trip to the UK Bill was Inspired by a refurbishment of Big Ben when they dismantled the massive cogs. "Time does not exist, and even though we are always measuring it. It runs our lives. This is us trying to rebuild it". This artwork depecits the inner workings of mans invention of time.
